Each membership includes a set number of concierge visits per month, with services based on your tier. This can include uncovering or re-covering, light wipe-downs, trash removal, post-trip resets, provisioning coordination, and priority scheduling.

A visit is one scheduled service appointment at your boat. The exact tasks performed during that visit depend on your membership level and the services requested.

Yes. You can move to a different membership level as your boating needs change, subject to availability and the terms of your membership.

Additional visits can be booked separately. Members receive preferred pricing on extra services, with larger discounts available on higher membership tiers.

Advance notice is recommended whenever possible. Signature and Reserve members receive priority scheduling, and Reserve members receive the highest priority for last-minute requests when availability allows.

No. Dock & Done focuses on concierge care, preparation, provisioning, resets, and dockside support. Major mechanical repairs, technical work, and full detailing are separate services.
